La Bulle de Repos, nous proposons des programmes de
gestion et de prévention du burn-out. A l’heure actuelle,
nos programmes sont déjà disponibles en Creuse, sur des lieux
divers. Notre objectif est d’installer le tout sur un seul et
même lieu : logement, spa, salles d’atelier et le calme de la
campagne creusoise, tout au même endroit ! Un centre dédié
au repos, au ressourcement, un lieu où l’on « débranche » et où
l’on peut simplement se poser et se reposer : air pur, silence,
loin du quotidien… une récupération profonde.
A l’heure actuelle, pour tous ceux qui connaissent un burn-out, il existe peu de solutions. Nous voulons établir avec la Bulle de Repos un centre innovant pour apprendre à éviter le burn-out et pour pouvoir s’en remettre plus vite et mieux.
Tout a commencé il y des années lorsque Florence Parot a créé un exercice de sophrologie où elle invite à visualiser des bulles (si vous voulez en savoir plus, il faudra venir essayer !). Depuis, l’image de la bulle est un peu sa signature.
Car une bulle c’est aussi un espace
où vous pouvez vous poser, « être dans votre bulle », au calme,
un espace de liberté et de repos.
We offer programmes for burnout prevention and management. Right now, we have already started offering these programmes in the heart of the French countryside, in Creuse, in a couple of locations. What we want to do is to be able to have everything in one place: accommodation, spa, workshop rooms and peaceful countryside. All that still in Creuse. A place to rest, recharge and disconnect with pure air, silence, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
At the moment, for those in burnout, there is little available. With La Bulle de Repos retreat centre, we want to create an innovative centre where people can learn to avoid burnout or recover from it.

I went into burnout more than 20 years ago and it was a learning curve for me to understand how to be able to still have the buzzy life I wanted while also respecting my own limits. I turned what started as understanding how to cope into an art form, a lifestyle and a career.
Today I am able to live the life I want and remain in balance even when life is throwing things at my right, left and centre!
I had been helping people in burnout or on the verge of burnout for years and, together with our team of experts (doctors, counsellors, naturopaths, coaches, acupuncturists, sophrologists…), they are all working hand in hand to offer personalised programmes.
